Nordic news April 12th

A new week is upon us and it’s time to get yourself booked onto some of the wonderful walks that are on offer.

We had a superb walk on Thursday evening in Eridge, well done to all.

Please consider the Wellbeing walk on Tuesday morning at 9.15am. It’s a great way to begin again if you’ve been quite static over the last few months, want to brush up on your technique or give Nordic walking a try!. We take it slow and just enjoy being under the big sky, being active and have a Nordic natter. Join us if you can, poles available to borrow. This week we’ll be enjoying the views from Highwoods lane, Hawkenbury.—Highwoods-Lane

Tuesday 13th 5.30pm Try Carole’s work out walk at Walshes park:

Thursday 15th 6.30pm we’ll be Pushing the Pace on Ashdown Forest. An old favourite, leaving from Churchill carpark.

Saturday 17th 8.30am We’ll be stepping into shape from Eridge Station:

Sunday 18th 8.30am is Motts Mill Bluebell walk with Carole:
