Good day to you all,

As previously said, my son Oli gets married on Saturday (13th) so I apologise but there will be no walk that day.

However, we’ll be back out there the following Tuesday 16th with the new evening walk on Ashdown. Please check it out and get booked on, no more excuses! That cold glass of wine will still be there when you get home!

I hope lots of you will be able to make the Camber sands walk on 18th August.  Pop it in your diaries now and get booked on so I can sort out car sharing.

The Nordic wellbeing programme is coming soon. This is a good route into Nordic walking for those who are not very active, elderly or recovering from surgery. The sessions consist of a short walk, low intensity exercises and movements, this could be your first steps to getting fitter. Come along and give it a try! Perfect of you find our longer walks too much, OR haven’t done the Learn to Nordic walk course. The Familiarisation session prior to the class recommended if you have no experience of using poles. (booked separately to the walk, see website) Spread the word please and come along if you’re interested.

Less walks this week due to the wedding, here is the schedule:

11th July NEW TIME 9am Thirsty for Thursday

11th July 6.30pm Thankful it’s Thursday’s-Thursday

See you all soon with the beautiful blue sky above our heads !
