Good morning,

I’m starting this week’s letter with a great review I received after our Urban Cardio adventure walk, held on Thursday evenings at 6.30pm.

The Urban Cardio Adventure pushed our walks to the next level. Having completed the class I felt great, found some muscles I’d forgotten I had and felt like I’d had a proper work out! I have already signed up for next week’s class! Thank you Emily.

If you’d like to feel the same, blow away the cobwebs this Thursday evening. Make it a ‘go to’ every week!

Saturday afternoon’s TW to Frant return was a hit this week, perhaps because it was at the later time of 2pm. If you’d like to join us another time, please do! Next week it’ll be 8.30am then the following week it’ll be 2pm again. Book now and put it in your diary!

Feeling stiff, old, tired, achy? Need to get outside but can’t motivate yourself? Then come along to the Nordic well-being sessions. They are a very gentle way to access Nordic walking, with a mix of movements that reflect everyday activities.
