Another windy day welcomes us to this new week but take heart, the daffs are up and Spring is just around the corner! Time to get involved if you’ve been sitting on your laurels over the winter!

We had a really great Sociable Nordic Walk for All on Saturday afternoon at Broadwater Warren. Please consider coming to the next one and enjoy the forest with us all. There was some mud to navigate, but mostly we had good terrain and could stride out while we had a Nordic natter and enjoyed the scenery. We completed the route in 2 hours enjoying a drink in the Nevill Crest and Gun afterwards. We’ll be doing all again on 29th March at 11am, book now!

Know someone who would benefit from my Gentle Nordic wellbeing on Tuesday afternoon? Generally held at Muskerry Court in Rusthall, with bad weather option to held it at the TW Bowls club in Hawkenbury where we’re likely to be tomorrow as the weather looks bad.  Please recommend to friends or come long yourself if you’re feeling static and need to get moving in a gentle way with poles to support you. Book on below and I’ll notify you if we’re at the Bowls club.

High hopes for our Low Tide beach Nordic walk for ALL at Camber on Sunday. Please note if you are bringing someone who is new please ensure they book their place as you would via the link below. I need exact numbers for insurance. Simply forward this email to them and they can follow the link to book as you would.
