Welcome to March and all the thrills and mysteries it will bring!

I was tricked by the weather forecast this weekend and had to postpone thinking we were in for snow and high winds, as it turned out we had a reasonable weekend so my apologies if the change of schedule affected you. It’s always a difficult one to call when you’re dealing with extreme weather warnings and large groups.

However, I didn’t’ let the grass grow under my feet as I spend yesterday afternoon knee deep in mud in the foothills of the South downs planning a magnificent walk for us all for Spring. It’ll start in Firle and take us through some beautiful countryside before we weave up, up, up the steep hill to Firle Beacon where we’ll enjoy the 360’ views. There we’ll enjoy a picnic and the joy of the heights. Save the day May 17th 11am – 3pm. Link to follow.

You are invited to try Gentle Nordic wellbeing for FREE tomorrow at 2.15pm. Join my regulars for this fun interactive session. Know someone who would benefit from a gentle approach to getting active? Let them know and forward the link below and/ or come yourself if you’re feeling static and need to get moving in a gentle way with poles to support you. Book here:

The schedule is a bit different for the next few weeks as I have other commitments plus a long w/e skiing 13th -16th. So, bear with me and please do come along to any walks you can manage.

This week’s schedule:

Tuesday 25th @ 2.15pm Gentle Nordic wellbeing at Muskerry

Thursday 27th @ 6.30pm Urban Cardio After dark Adventure
