Despite the weather we did manage to get a walk in on Saturday morning when we were pushed along by the winds, four of my new graduates came along too and finished with rosy cheeks and their Freedom Passports in hand. Congratulations girls and long may you join us for walks in the future!

If you haven’t ‘liked’ my Facebook page NWUK Tunbridge wells please do so and share too if you’d be so kind. Thank you.

This Saturday afternoon brings another Sociable Nordic Walk for All. This time at the lovely Broadwater Warren in Eridge where I hope the conditions under foot won’t be too bad. It’s high ground so generally it’s pretty good but if you’re coming please prepare for some muddy conditions. We’ll begin at the Nevill Crest and Gun where we can finish with a cup of tea or a pint! Bring your partners, friends or anyone who’d like to explore walking with poles. BOOKING ESSENTIAL.

I am restarting the Gentle Nordic wellbeing on Tuesday afternoon at Muskerry Court. Please do come long if you’re feeling static and need to get moving in a gentle way with poles to support you.

This week’s schedule:

Tuesday 18th  2.15pm Gentle Nordic wellbeing at Muskerry

Tuesday 18th 4.30 -5.15pm FREE Taster session :

Thursday 20th 6.30pm Urban Cardio After dark Adventure

Saturday 22nd 11.30am Learn to Nordic walk Gear 1
