Good day,

Huge apologies for having to cancel most of my walks last week! I pulled a muscle in my thigh and was house bound for a few days. Thanks for your well wishes!

Then Saturday’s Learn to Nordic walk was postponed due to the yellow weather warning, I didn’t think a walk in the woods seemed like a good idea with 45mile an hour winds and heavy rain the night before! Looking forward to picking up where we left off in our first session.

Special low tide walk at Camber Sands with Brunch is this coming Sunday the 18th. Numbers are still low and there’s room for more so if you’re interested please sign up. Nordic wellbeing on Wednesday at 10am. I currently have two booked on but ideally need 4 to make it work! Come along and give it a try – you don’t need to have done the Learn to Nordic walk course to attend!
