News letter 15.7.19

My son Oli married his beautiful bride Gemma on Saturday. It was a fabulous day, thanks for all your well wishes!

Reminder that a new evening walk begins tomorrow on Ashdown Forest. The super long evenings won’t last for long! Check it out and get booked on! Link below.

Our low tide walk at Camber sands on 18th August will be a great way to tone up.  Pop it in your diaries now and get booked on so I can sort out car sharing.

Thank you to this who have already completed the Survey I sent out. If you still haven’t please do, your feedback really helps me provide what you’d all like to get from NWUKTW.

Reminder: The Nordic wellbeing programme is coming soon. This is a good route into Nordic walking those who are not very active, elderly or recovering from surgery. The sessions consist of a short walk, low intensity exercises and movements and could be your first steps to getting fitter. Come along and give it a try! Perfect of you find our 3 mile walks too much, OR haven’t done the Learn to Nordic walk course. The Familiarisation session prior to the class recommended if you have no experience of using poles. (booked separately to the walk, see website) Spread the word please and come along if you’re interested. Book now and show your commitment!
