News 28th June 21

Well, what a super few days we’ve had!

Carole took a few of you up to Wren’s Warren valley on Tuesday, it had been a horrid rainy day but you were graced with a beautiful end to the day, check out her sunset photo on the gallery page

Friday evening, we were so lucky as the clouds parted and gave us a magnificent evening as we headed up through the woods to Frant. We had drinks and snacks at the pub and enjoyed the long evening light, and bathed in the last of the sun at the pub. So fun to relax together over a drink, photos on the gallery page

However, the highlight of the week had to be Camber sands low tide walk yesterday morning. It was truly a joy to be down there with you all. The big skies were awesome, the pace was impressive, and the brunch was delicious! Yet more photos on the gallery page!

Our next away day is on 24th July at 10am when we are heading south again, a fabulous route up to the heights of the South downs way and picnicking at Firle Beacon. Check it out here:

The coming week looks like this, hope you’re able to join us:

Tuesday 29th June, Wellbeing walk at 9.30am from TW Bowls club:—Exploring-Highwoods-woodland-and-beyond

Thursday 1st July 6.30pm: An old favorite, Push the Pace from Churchill carpark on Ashdown Forest

Apologies, no walks next weekend as Carole and I both have family commitments.
