As many of you will now know I can now loan out poles again so if you haven’t yet taken that leap of faith to purchase your own feel free to book on a walk that suits you and I can lend you a pair in the short term. (let me know you don’t have any) I will be cleaning the poles with anti bac and washing the straps between uses.
I have added my schedule for September and October now so despite there being less risk of you being put on a waiting list please continue to book up your upcoming walks. It creates a real feeling of commitment which is great for me and allows you to really begin to improve your fitness levels. I’ve noticed we are getting quicker on some routes and that’s because many of you are now regular walkers! Make the commitment to yourself too, pop the dates in your diary and stick to plan A!
I’d LOVE to see more of you on my Wellbeing walks which currently run every other Tuesday morning at 9.15am. It’s a gentle walk for all to enjoy, no speedy race, and we end with a sit down and a coffee which we’ve brought from home in a thermos close to where we’re parked. If your fitness levels have dropped over the past few months or you just want to get involved in a gentle sociable way, please come along.
