Well, the weather is certainly putting us through our paces at the moment. The mud is back as I’m sure you’re all aware, come on Spring! Or should I say summer!? ☹

Despite it all the sky above our heads is very healing and really does impact on our mental wellbeing so don’t be put off, get outside and embrace the elements with joy and optimism that the warmer weather is right around the corner.

We had a good walk on Saturday morning despite the threat of rain with a large group weaving our way along the tracks that head west from Penshurst. Stunning views and an eclectic mix of interesting properties to nosey at too. We’ll be doing that route again on 19th June if you missed it :—Penshurst-west-loop

Carole took a few of you through the bluebells to the quirky hamlet of Motts Mill on Sunday. The rain held off and you enjoyed a pleasant sunny morning.

We’re heading north west on Thursday evening when we scamper down and then up the north west slopes of Bidborough ridge, are you up to the challenge? Go on, treat yourself, the views are amazing!

Then on Saturday morning we’re back to an old favourite from last summer – leaving from Frant Green and the joys of Eridge park estate. A lovely walk, be prepared for the very sleep hill on the last climb back up into Frant, go on you can do it!

The coming week looks like this:

Tuesday 25th May – 9.30am Wellbeing walk from Dunorlan park—From-Dunorlan-Park

Tuesday 25th May – 7.15pm – Motts Mill Sunset March with Carole

Saturday 29th May 8.30am – Step into shape on Saturday from Frant
