A back injury back in 2017 found me looking for ways to stay strong and fit and Nordic Walking gave me that and more. I’m 61 and have found a new lease of life.
So, I’m here to share the love and benefits of Nordic Walking with you. It gave me a new level of fitness within a relatively short period of time, I’m now more toned and have lost weight, it gets me out into natural beautiful surroundings where I wouldn’t have gone alone.
Socially, it has been so good for my mental well being, sharing an hour or so with a group of people that love to walk, talk and laugh or sometimes just being part of a group purely for fitness.
