|Thanks for my birthday well wishes; I had a lovely day. The celebrations began a day early on our Wellbeing walk on Monday morning with coffee and cakes. We sat under the trees in the dappled shade. See picture attached.
Wow it’s been hot, but that doesn’t deter many of you so, well done! Thursday evening’s Push the Pace was great with 10 of us on the hoof under the bluest of skies, it was so clear we could see for miles! See other attachment.
Keep your schedule booked up as these weeks of August run into September. It’s great to hear the peals of laughter as we make our way cross country as I know that means the fresh air and exercise is doing a lot more for you than keeping you fit! Mental wellbeing is so important.
Our early morning Saturday walk was a challenge in the heat but we did it! Hurray! Very well done to all!
